    Hi.
how can I lock down access to the app on the device? I don’t want my users to be able to close the app or uninstall the app. is it possible only to open the app with an admin password?

how do I ensure that the app restart efter the iPhone have been powered off?

    wkr John dan

      Hi john,

If the app is closed, the user will receive a notification to re-open it, however cannot be forced to remain open.

Also, please note that the application is responsible for tracking, data usage and messaging features only.

All other features such as remote lock, unlock and wipe are handled by the iOS profiles whether the app is on or not.

You may review the exact features here: http://www.2x.com/difference-ios-mdm-client-app-profiles/

I’m using the 2x server on my ipad and after my ipad updated, the 2x server will open up my Urochart and 1/2 of the screen is black. How can I fix this?

      Hi Nicole,

This issue does not seem to be related to MDM. If your issue is indeed with MDM, please explain in further detail.

Otherwise, please raise this issue in our forums under the relevant topic for further assistance.

    Hello,

After updated my Ipad to OX version 8.0. Using 2X RDP log in, the screen size on my remote desktop shrink to 2/3 of the full screen. I am trying the change the display setting, but no help.
What should I do now? Should I change back to the earlier version? I did not have an issue with earlier version…

    Thanks much,
    Tai
