Device Warnings

Device warnings alert administrators to issues which have an impact on the communication between 2X MDM managed devices and the 2X MDM service.

Addressing these warnings will ensure Mobile Device Manager behaves as expected. These warnings include:

  1. Device Administration Disabled – user has disables 2X MDM as a device administrator  on an android device or profile is not installed on an iOS device
  2. The 2X MDM client is outdated –  2X MDM client app version is not the latest available
  3. Agent not installed – the 2X MDM client app is not installed on the device
  4. Client offline for more than x day(s) and y hour(s) – The admin has set the device offline alert and the device has not connected for more than the stipulated threshold
